Description

The base fabric we are discussing is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, a corduroy fabric composed mainly of polyester, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed is a light violet blue, with a CMYK of 78 78 0 0.

This secondary color is a fresh and modern shade that conveys calm and serenity. It is a versatile color that can be combined with both warm and cool tones. It looks very elegant when combined with gray and dusty pink, while with earthy and green tones it creates a more natural and rustic look.

It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not dyed in its entirety, but rather the color is printed on one side.

Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is characterized by being soft to the touch and shiny to the eye, which gives it a luxurious and elegant touch. As for the color, the light violet blue print adds a touch of freshness and modernity to the fabric.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we find the decoration and upholstery of furniture, such as chairs, sofas, and armchairs, as well as the manufacture of fashion garments such as pants, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, and bags. It can also be used for making accessories such as backpacks and cushions, for the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.

This type of fabric requires specific care to maintain its quality and durability, such as washing at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, ironing at low temperature, and not using a tumble dryer. The fabric also does not allow dry cleaning with trichloroethylene.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of digitally transferring the design to the fabric using a thermal press that applies heat and pressure to the printed paper. This printing process allows for vibrant and wash-resistant designs and is a widely used technique in the manufacture of high-quality fabrics.
