The base fabric of this textile is Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, composed mainly of polyester and polyamide with 3% elastane, which provides a soft and comfortable tactile experience. The plain color printed on this fabric is a blend of blue and blackberry, with a CMYK of 90, 68, 37, and 27 respectively. This secondary color reflects a sense of depth, mystery, and elegance, making it ideal for sophisticated and seasonal decoration or fashion styles, such as winter. Furthermore, it combines especially well with neutral tones such as gray, white, the beige range, and black.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. In addition, the general attributes of the base fabric indicate a soft texture and a shiny appearance, making it an attractive option for both decoration and clothing. Regarding applications and uses, Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin can be used in the decoration of chairs, sofas, and cushions, as well as in different items of clothing, from trousers to jackets, including accessories such as handbags or backpacks.
It is important to note that this type of fabric requires certain care to extend its useful life and maintain its appearance. In this case, it is recommended to avoid the use of bleach and not to exceed 30ºC when washing. The garment does not allow dry cleaning, but dry cleaning can be done except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at low temperature and tumble drying is not allowed.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which consists of applying a design through an ink that evaporates on contact with the fabric and is permanently fixed to it. This process allows achieving designs with great definition and precision, which makes possible the printing of vivid and sharp colors on the surface of the fabric.
