The base fabric of this textile is Glasgow cloth, with a composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. Its weight is 380 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a cork brown, with a CMYK of 18 29 61 5. It is a color with a lot of personality, which evokes warmth and offers a delicate and soft feel to the touch. This cork brown combines perfectly with white, black, gray, gold, and silver tones, as well as with dark brown or beige shades.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, so it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This printing technology provides great quality and sharpness to the print, as well as the possibility of reproducing any image with great fidelity and definition.
The general characteristics of this fabric are its softness to the touch and its high quality, as well as its resistance, durability, and versatility. It is ideal for making coats, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, and vests, as well as for altars, coasters, and kitchen towels. In addition, it is a perfect fabric for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season.
Regarding the necessary care to keep the fabric in good condition, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C, iron it at a warm temperature, and avoid dry cleaning and tumble drying. With these basic cares, the fabric will remain in excellent condition for a long time.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of a thermal transfer of the image to the fabric, making it possible to reproduce images in high resolution and with great sharpness and quality.
