The base fabric is Glasgow Cloth, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Tea Brown with a CMYK of 45-48-50-38, which combines dark brown with a touch of reddish-brown. This color pairs especially well with earth tones, such as beige, cream, stone gray, and moss green. The fabric is digitally printed on one side only.
The base fabric has a soft texture and boasts great strength and durability. The printed Tea Brown stands out for its intensity and vibrancy, thanks to the printing technology used. Furthermore, this color is suitable for any type of setting, from a casual look to a formal and elegant one.
Glasgow Cloth is ideal for a wide variety of applications and uses, including mens and womens coats and trench coats, jackets and vests, blazers and jackets, as well as home textiles such as coasters and kitchen towels. Its robustness and durability also make it perfect for altar cloths.
To care for the base fabric and the printed color, it is important to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. It is recommended to iron at medium temperature and not tumble dry. The garment also does not allow dry cleaning.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This printing method uses a process in which the ink turns into gas and penetrates the fabric fibers to create a high-quality and durable print. Sublimation is ideal for the production of personalized and decorative fabrics due to its high resolution and vibrant tones.
