The base fabric of the weave is a broadcloth type, called Broadcloth - Glasgow, and is composed of 93% POLYESTER, 5% VISCOSE, and 2% ELASTANE, with a weight of 380 g/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a shade of Lily Purple, with a combination of Cyan 59, Magenta 63, Yellow 7, and Black 0 inks representing the CMYK code 59 63 7 0. This color symbolizes creativity, passion, and transformation, and also combines very well with gray, white, and black tones due to its high luminosity and contrast.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not dyed but digitally printed with high precision, giving it a high-quality and durable finish. The general characteristics of this fabric are its soft texture and excellent feel, which makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses.
Among the different applications and uses of the Broadcloth - Glasgow fabric are; for altars, coats/trench coats, coasters, jackets/vests, blazers, jackets, and kitchen towels. Thanks to its composition and weight, it is ideal for winter and autumn/winter 2021 clothing, as well as for home decoration items and fashion accessories.
It is important to take into account some specific care instructions to prolong the life of the fabric, so we recommend not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a warm temperature, and air drying without using a tumble dryer. Dry cleaning is not permitted.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (Polyester), which means that the ink turns into vapor at high temperature and fixes onto the surface of the fabric. This process provides high definition and print quality, in addition to being environmentally friendly.
