The base fabric of this product is a cloth called Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Grape Purple, which contains a ink mixture of 75% cyan, 87% magenta, 0% yellow, and 0% black ink, with a CMYK of 75 87 0 0. This color is intense and vibrant, making it a good complement to other more muted colors or even for creating a combination of formal contrasts. The fabric is printed with this solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it has a uniform and defined appearance and does not wear out easily.
The texture of this fabric is soft, which makes it very pleasant to the touch. It has many great characteristics, for example, its resistance to wear and tear. The printed color is durable and does not fade over time, in addition to being resistant to external agents that may affect the base fabric. It is also important to mention that products containing chlorine should not be used nor should it be washed with hot water, as these can damage the fabric and affect its color and texture.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation. Sublimation is a process in which ink is projected onto the fabric through heat and pressure, allowing the ink to adhere to the fabric and form the design. It is a very effective and precise technique that allows complex designs to be reproduced with great detail and color definition.
