The base fabric is Paño - Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. As for the solid printed color, it is Mango Tango Orange with a CMYK of 0 49 73 0. This color is characterized by its intensity and vitality, transmitting energy and enthusiasm. Furthermore, Mango Tango Orange combines particularly well with colors such as navy blue, grey, and white, allowing for endless design possibilities.
It should be noted that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the fabric is not dyed but printed with Mango Tango Orange. In terms of characteristics, the base fabric has a soft texture to the touch, making it comfortable and pleasant in contact with the skin. On the other hand, the colors tonality is uniform and bright, which gives great visual appeal to any garment or decorative item made with it.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, its versatility stands out for use in both fashion for coats, jackets, vests, and blazers, and in home textiles, for making coasters in the dining room or kitchen towels in warm and vibrant tones. Additionally, it is a very suitable fabric for making textiles used in altars.
As for the care instructions, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is not advisable to dry clean or tumble dry, and ironing should be done at a warm temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this base fabric is sublimation, which uses heat transfer to print ink onto the fabric surface. This process guarantees the quality and fidelity of the color, ensuring long-term durability and resistance of the fabric.
