Description

The base fabric of this textile is a Glasgow flannel composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is a vibrant mimosa yellow, generated by a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink in a CMYK of 6 26 72 0. This secondary color symbolizes happiness and joy, also being a symbol of spring. Additionally, it perfectly combines with mint green, sky blue, and pastel pink tones. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which guarantees excellent color intensity and detail definition.

The general characteristics of this fabric are its soft texture and feel, making it ideal for making clothing. Furthermore, it is a resistant fabric when cared for properly. Glasgow flannel is used in a wide variety of applications such as coats, jackets, vests, blazers, jackets, and other fashion garments for women and men. It is also used in the manufacture of coasters and other elements to decorate the dining room and kitchen. It is a fabric especially suitable for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season.

It is important to keep in mind certain care instructions for the maintenance of this fabric, such as avoiding bleaching, limiting the maximum washing temperature to 40ºC, not dry cleaning, using an iron at a warm temperature, and not tumble drying. It is also recommended to wash it with mild detergents to avoid damaging the fabric and its colors.

The printing of this fabric is done using sublimation technology (polyester), which guarantees high quality and permanence of colors in the fabric. Thanks to the sublimation technique, the inks penetrate the fibers of the fabric, achieving high-quality images and precise details. Digital textile printing is an increasingly used technique in the textile industry thanks to its precision and versatility.
