The base fabric, Paño - Glasgow, is a composition of 93% Polyester, 5% Viscose, and 2% Elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color, dark raspberry red, is composed of 40 Cyan ink, 93 Magenta ink, 30 Yellow ink, and 26 Black ink, with a CMYK of 40 93 30 26. This printed color is characterized by being intense, vibrant, and elegant, combining very well with neutral tones such as black, gray, and beige, and other red and pink tones.
It is important to highlight that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This allows for greater precision in the reproduction of designs and colors, achieving more defined and vibrant results.
Regarding the characteristics of the base fabric, its soft texture stands out, making it ideal for garments such as coats, trench coats, jackets, blazers, and jackets, as well as for home textiles such as coasters and kitchen towels. In addition, its weight makes it a perfect fabric for the winter or autumn/winter season.
As for the care instructions for this base fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry clean, iron at a warm temperature, and not tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (Polyester), which allows the ink to be transferred at a molecular level into the fabric, achieving an intense and durable color, without altering its original properties and maintaining its softness to the touch.
