The base fabric of this textile is a broadcloth composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on it is a striking raspberry ice red, achieved through sublimation technology with the following ink proportions: Cyan 38, Magenta 63, Yellow 37, and Black 23 (CMYK: 38 63 37 23). This secondary color possesses great strength and energy, symbolizing passion, love, and vitality. It also combines perfectly with more neutral tones such as white, black, or grey, but also with more striking colors like fuchsia or purple.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side. The texture is soft, and overall it possesses characteristics that make it ideal for both fashion garment manufacturing and the creation of other home and decor textile products.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, we can highlight the diverse applications and uses for which this fabric is suitable. In fashion, it is used for creating coats, trench coats, jackets, vests, blazers, and blousons, for both men and women. In Home Textiles, it is recommended for making coasters, cloths, and other kitchen-related products, as well as for manufacturing decorative textiles for the dining room. Additionally, it is also suitable for fabrics intended for altars.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, not to expose to temperatures above 40ºC during washing, not to dry clean, iron at a warm temperature, and not to tumble dry.
Finally, the digital textile printing technology used to print this fabric is sublimation, a process that involves transferring ink from a printer to special paper coated with a thin polymer layer, which is then applied to the fabric. Printing occurs through heat and pressure, allowing the colors to be permanently impregnated into the fabric, without the need for additional chemical fixing treatments. This results in a high-quality fabric with a very attractive appearance.
