The base fabric is a Glasgow cloth composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. With a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, it is a soft-to-the-touch fabric with a delicate texture. The solid color printed on the fabric is a campanula blue with a CMYK of 57 59 16 2. This secondary color represents loyalty, trust, and tranquility, and pairs well with colors like white, gray, pink, and pale green. This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the image is directly transferred to the fabric through advanced printing technology.
Among the general characteristics of the fabric, its durability, resistance, and ability to maintain its original shape stand out. Furthermore, the printed color is long-lasting and does not easily wear out over time. The base fabric and its solid printed color have been designed for use in a wide variety of applications: from fashion and accessories to home decor and altar textiles. For example, this fabric is ideal for making coats, jackets, and blazers, as well as for creating coasters and kitchen cloths. Its high quality makes it suitable for use in the winter and autumn/winter 2021 seasons.
Caring for this fabric is easy, although some precautions must be taken to ensure its long lifespan. It is important to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and iron at a warm temperature. The garment cannot be tumble-dried, and dry cleaning and the use of bleach should be avoided.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which uses heat to transfer the ink image to the fabric. This technique results in exceptionally high image quality and intense color that does not fade over time. In summary, this fabric is an excellent option for a wide variety of uses thanks to its high quality and durability, as well as its impressive digitally printed campanula blue color.
