Description

The base fabric of this textile is Glasgow cloth, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. The solid printed color is a frost blue, with a CMYK of 15 2 8 0. This color has a symbolic connotation of tranquility and serenity, which combines very well with other shades of blue and light colors such as white or beige. In addition, this color adds a touch of elegance and freshness to any design.

It is worth noting that the fabric is digitally printed on one side, which means that the color is applied only to one part of the fabric and does not penetrate the fabric fibers. This technique ensures high precision in the design and long-term color preservation.

Regarding the general characteristics of Glasgow cloth, its weight is 380 gr/m2 and its width reaches 150 cm. The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch, which makes it very pleasant for clothing and accessories. In addition, the fabric is resistant and durable, making it an excellent option for garments such as coats, trench coats, jackets, and vests, as well as for accessories such as coasters.

Among the applications and uses of the fabric, altar pieces, blazers, jackets, and kitchen towels also stand out. In decorative mode, it can be used in dining room accessories and other home spaces.

It is important to consider some care instructions for the fabric to last in good condition for longer. Glasgow cloth should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It should be ironed at a moderate temperature and tumble drying should not be used.

The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which ensures high quality in design reproduction and great resistance to washing and wear. In addition, this technique allows for a wide variety of colors and designs, leading to greater creative freedom.
