The base fabric is the Recycled Sports Polyester - Basic in natural white, with a composition of 93% POLYESTER and 7% ELASTOMER. Its grammage is 145 gr/m2 and it has a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Rose, Madder Lake, which is achieved with a combination of Cyan 11, Magenta 85, Yellow 64 and Black 2 (CMYK: 11 85 64 2) ink. This rose color resembles a more coppery tone, conveying a sense of pale hue. It is an elegant and sophisticated color, which combines very well with gray or white tones.
The base fabric is single-sided printed by digital textile printing, using sublimation technology specific for polyester. Its characteristics are its soft and smooth touch, which allows it to facilitate breathability and comfort in its use. The recommended applications and uses of the fabric are sportswear and swimwear, especially shorts, shirts and tops, for women, men and children. Thanks to its sustainability and GRS certification, it is an optimal choice for those looking for environmentally friendly products.
It is important to take into account specific care for Recycled Sports Polyester - Basic. It is recommended not to use bleach and if we want to wash it, do so at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and always iron at cool temperatures. In no case should it be tumble dried.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which is based on the process of transferring ink from paper to fabric using high temperatures and pressure. This process achieves high-quality printing, with great resolution and color, in addition to greater resistance to wear than other printing processes. Sublimation is a technology widely used in the manufacture of sports and swimwear due to its high performance and quality.
