The base fabric is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, a weight of 145 gr/m² and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Burnt Rose, with a CMYK of 10 47 39 1, symbolizing passion and love. Burnt Rose is a soft, warm and romantic secondary color. It combines well with neutral tones such as white, gray and beige, but also with stronger tones such as navy blue, dark green and black.
It is important to mention that this fabric is printed with plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the color is printed on one side of the fabric and it is not a fabric dyed throughout its surface. This digital textile printing technique allows for high quality details and a wide variety of designs.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft and smooth texture to the touch, which makes it ideal for sportswear and swimwear, as well as shirts for men, women and children. It also has GRS certificates and is sustainable thanks to its recycled composition. As for the printed color, Burnt Rose adds warmth to garments and adapts to different styles.
Regarding applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, this fabric can be used in shorts, leggings, yoga wear and other sports. Being a recycled fabric, it can also be used in sustainable projects.
As for care, bleaching the fabric should be avoided and the maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. Ironing at a cold temperature is recommended and tumble drying is not allowed.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, a technique that allows an image to be transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure. In this case, the fabric is printed with high definition and detail, which allows a wide variety of designs and colors. In addition, being a water-free and non-toxic process, sublimation is an environmentally friendly technique. In conclusion, the Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic printed in Burnt Rose is a versatile, sustainable and high quality fabric that adapts to different applications, and is manufactured using sublimation technology.
