Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic has a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a composition of 93% recycled polyester and 7% elastomer. The plain color printed on this fabric is a combination of pink and violet, with a CMYK of 16 33 1 0. This color transmits a feeling of harmony and balance, making it ideal for sportswear and swimwear. It combines perfectly with neutral colors like white or black, as well as with pastel and bright tones. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed on one side only.

The Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic is a soft-touch fabric with a smooth texture. Digital printing technology ensures excellent color fixation and durability. The fabric is ideal for sportswear such as shorts, shirts, and swimsuits, for women, men, and children. In addition, thanks to its recycled polyester composition, this fabric is sustainable and GRS certified.

Regarding care, it is important to note that bleach should not be used and the maximum washing temperature should be 40ºC. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used, and tumble drying is not recommended.

The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process consists of transferring the design printed on paper onto the fabric using heat and pressure. The ink sublimates into the fabric and turns into gas, penetrating the fibers and ensuring optimal color fixation. This process is ideal for synthetic fabrics such as polyester, as it allows the printed design to integrate perfectly into the fabric without altering its texture or softness.
