Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Pink, Rose Ebony with a CMYK of 42 60 51 0. This secondary color stands out for its soft pink hue with a touch of elegance in the dark tone of Rose Ebony. It combines especially well with neutral tones such as white or gray.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the color does not penetrate into the fabric, but is "printed" on it.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft and smooth texture and feel, which makes it ideal for sportswear, swimwear, bermudas and shirts for women, men and and children. Specifically, this fabric can be used for making sports shirts, swimsuits, fitness wear or outdoor activity clothing.

For the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a temperature not exceeding 40ºC, do not use bleach or tumble dry and iron at a low temperature.

As for the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric, it is sublimation on polyester. This process consists of applying heat and pressure to the ink printed on a transfer paper sheet and transferring it to the fabric by vaporizing the pigments and adhering them to the fabric fibers. In this way, a high resolution in the printed design and a great durability in colors and patterns are achieved.
