Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane. It has a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Red Ochre Brown, with a Cyan ink of 29, Magenta ink of 83, Yellow ink of 74, and Black ink of 30. Its CMYK is 29 83 74 30. The color is symbolic and technical, denoting a warm, earthy tone that represents confidence and friendship, as well as giving a sense of stability and strength. This color combines especially well with green, orange, and yellow hues.

This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. It features softness and smoothness in its texture and feel. The most notable application is sportswear; it can be used in the manufacture of sportswear such as swimsuits, bermudas, and shirts for men, women, and children. The season is timeless, which increases its versatility. Furthermore, it is GRS certified and sustainable as it is recycled.

Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, no bleaching agents should be used, and the maximum washing temperature is 40 ºC. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technique responsible for creating this fabric is sublimation, the process of steam printing dyes onto the base fabric, impregnating the pores of the fabric. This method, although a bit more expensive, is more environmentally friendly than traditional methods.
