Description

The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its plain printed color is a Crystal Purple-Violet hue, achieved by combining cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks in a 75-77-14-2 proportion in CMYK.

This secondary color is characterized by being a combination of purple, which is associated with creativity and tranquility, and crystal violet, which symbolizes spiritual connection. It is an elegant and sophisticated tone that pairs perfectly with white, black, and gray colors, creating a harmonious and contrasting effect at the same time.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, and it is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The fabric has a soft and smooth feel, making it ideal for manufacturing sportswear, swimwear, and Bermuda shorts for men and women, as well as sports shirts for children.

Due to its characteristics, this fabric is timeless and sustainable, holding GRS certification, which guarantees that it is made with recycled materials. It is important to note that fabric care includes not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a cool temperature, and avoiding tumble drying.

The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, a process by which ink transforms into gas when heat and pressure are applied, penetrating the fabric fibers and allowing the printed color to be resistant to washing and wear.
