The base fabric is the Recycled Sports Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer. It has a weight of 145 gr/m² and a width of 145 cm. The plain color printed on the fabric is a shade of orange with yellow-orange nuances, represented by CMYK 0 32 74 0. This color evokes energy, vitality, and creativity, and combines especially well with shades of green, brown, and bright blues.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, providing a soft and wash-resistant finish. The texture of the base fabric is soft to the touch and smooth on its surface. Additionally, its GRS certification process ensures that the fabric is sustainable and recycled.
As for the applications of the fabric, it is specially designed for sports apparel, for women, men, and children, such as swimsuits and shirts. It is also suitable for making sports shorts. Its use can be both timeless and seasonal.
Care instructions for this fabric include no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at low temperature, and air drying, avoiding the dryer.
The printing technology used to produce this fabric is sublimation, a digital textile printing process in which colors are transferred to the fabric by means of heat and pressure exerted during the sublimation process. This technology allows for long-term print durability and high color fidelity.
