The base fabric, Recycled Polyester Sport - Basic, is composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, has a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its plain printed color is Naples Yellow with a CMYK of 10 18 67 1, which provides a warm, cheerful, and revitalizing feeling. Naples Yellow is a variation of yellow that contains a slight amount of red, giving it a slightly orange hue. It is a secondary color that combines perfectly with white, gray, and navy blue to create modern and sophisticated outfits.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing. This printing process allows the ink to adhere to the fabric through heat and pressure, ensuring that the color lasts longer and does not fade with washing.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft touch and smooth texture. In addition, the fabric has GRS certification, making it a sustainable and environmentally friendly product, as it is made from recycled polyester. It is an ideal fabric for making sportswear, swimwear, and Bermuda shorts, as well as shirts for women, men, and children, being suitable for all seasons.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, its high resistance to abrasion and elongation stands out, allowing great freedom of movement during sports. On the other hand, its high breathability allows optimal moisture wicking from the body, keeping the skin dry and fresh during exercise. These characteristics make it a highly valued fabric for making sportswear.
Regarding care, it is important to follow the following recommendations: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, it should be noted that this fabric is manufactured using sublimation digital textile printing technology. This technique consists of transferring the ink to the fabric through heat and pressure, achieving high color fixation and great detail in the printed image. In addition, this process is environmentally friendly, as it does not use water or chemicals.
