The base fabric is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, a weight of 145 gr/m2, and a fabric width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Turtle Green, with a CMYK of 68 47 70 49. It is a secondary color whose presence in nature conveys a sense of balance and renewal. It combines especially well with other nature colors, such as yellow, orange, and brown, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric can be defined as soft to the touch and smooth in texture. Furthermore, the fabric is sustainable and GRS certified. The applications and uses of the base fabric are varied, mainly intended for the production of sportswear, swimwear, and clothing for men, women, and children, such as shirts and Bermuda shorts. This type of fabric is ideal for manufacturing sportswear due to its high elasticity and its ability to absorb moisture, which allows for greater comfort during sports activities.
The care instructions for this fabric are as follows: wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a cool temperature, do not bleach, and do not tumble dry. It is important to follow these recommendations to ensure that we maintain the quality and lifespan of the fabric.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, a digital process that involves transferring ink through a gas, which solidifies on the fabric surface. This process is characterized by its high print quality, its resistance to washing and light, and its ability to faithfully reproduce the details and tones of the designs. With this technique, unique and personalized pieces with exclusive designs can be produced for each client.
