Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is the Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color is Mayo Green, with CMYK of 74 21 92 5, indicative of a fresh and vibrant green tone with a touch of yellow and cyan in its composition. This color combines very well with brown, gray, and beige tones. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which guarantees high image quality and durability.

The general characteristics of the base fabric include a soft and smooth texture to the touch. It is an ideal fabric for sports, swimwear, Bermuda shorts, and shirts for men, women, and children, being a timeless and sustainable material thanks to its GRS certification and its 93% recycled composition. It is a resistant and elastic fabric, highly breathable and quick-drying, which makes it ideal for sportswear and swimwear.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at low temperature, and avoid using a tumble dryer to preserve its quality and durability. In addition, it should be noted that this fabric is not suitable for dyeing, as it is printed on one side.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows the image or design to be transferred to the fabric by applying heat and pressure, achieving high definition and sharpness in the image and ensuring long durability of the color and quality of the fabric.
