Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic

The base fabric is Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer. The printed solid color is a light green, similar to the tone of Seafoam, with a CMYK of 65 0 31 0. The fabric is digitally printed on one side with the solid color, which gives it great durability and wear resistance.

The fabrics texture is soft to the touch and smooth in appearance, making it ideal for manufacturing sportswear, swimsuits, and board shorts for men, women, and children. It is a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric, certified with the GRS Global Recycled Standard, which guarantees that the polyester used in its manufacture is of recycled origin.

Regarding the printed color, light green is associated with nature, freshness, and vitality, making it a perfect choice for sportswear and swimwear. It combines very well with other shades of greens, blues, and grays, allowing for a wide variety of designs and combinations in garments.

It should be noted that the fabric is heat sensitive, so it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and iron at a cold temperature. It cannot be bleached or tumble dried.

The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, an efficient and environmentally friendly process that allows high-quality designs to be printed on synthetic fabrics such as polyester. In this process, the ink turns into a gas that penetrates the fibers of the fabric, ensuring a durable print resistant to wear and washing.
