This is the Recycled Sportswear Polyester - Basic fabric, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. The plain printed color used is Night Black, with a CMYK of 78 79 53 74. This secondary color has a dark and deep tone that conveys elegance and sobriety. It combines especially well with grays, whites, and other dark tones, such as navy blue or chocolate brown. It is a single-sided fabric printed using digital textile printing.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture to the touch, which remains smooth without forming wrinkles. In addition, it is resistant to wear and deformation, making it ideal for sportswear and swimwear. On the other hand, the plain printed color has great saturation and depth, which makes it very striking and attractive. It is a color that does not lose intensity over time or wear out easily.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are its use for sportswear, such as shorts or shirts, as well as for swimwear for men, women, or children. It is also a timeless fabric that adapts to any season. The GRS certification indicates that it is a sustainable fabric, made with recycled materials, which makes it an ethical and ecological option.
It is important to take into account the necessary care for this fabric, which includes a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, no bleaching, cold ironing, and no tumble drying. This ensures greater durability and preservation of the color and texture of the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink to the fabric by means of pressure and heat. This technique allows obtaining intense and deep colors that do not wear out with friction or washing, which guarantees greater durability and quality of the printed fabric.
