The base fabric is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer and a weight of 145 gr/m2. The plain printed color is Disney Blue with a CMYK of 88 46 22 6. The Disney Blue color evokes serenity and freshness. It is a color that conveys confidence and tranquility, ideal for sportswear and swimwear. It combines particularly well with neutral colors such as white and black, as well as with shades of green and pale yellow.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the color is printed only on one side of the fabric. The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it has a soft and smooth touch, which makes it ideal for sportswear and swimwear. In addition, it is a sustainable fabric, as it is GRS certified and recycled.
The applications and uses of the base fabric are mainly for sportswear, swimsuits and shorts for men and women, as well as sports shirts for children. This fabric is suitable for garments that require high elasticity and resistance to sweat and water.
It is important to take into account the care of the fabric, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a cold temperature and not tumble drying.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation. This process uses heat to transfer the design from the sublimation paper to the fabric, creating a high-quality and durable print. Sublimation is commonly used in printing sports fabrics due to its ability to produce vibrant and fade-resistant designs.
