The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, composed of 100% organic cotton with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a medium vermilion red, obtained through the combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks in a proportion of 18, 70, 79, and 6 respectively, according to its CMYK color profile. This color combines perfectly with neutral and pastel tones, as well as with other warm and vibrant tones such as yellow, orange, or pink.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric has the printed color, while the reverse remains white. Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric and its color, we can highlight its soft and rigid texture to the touch.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses extend to both womens and mens fashion, with garments such as shirts, dresses, and blouses, as well as childrens fashion. It is ideal for the summer season since its weight and composition allow adequate airflow, providing a feeling of freshness and comfort.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is important to take into account some recommendations such as not bleaching, using a maximum temperature of 30ºC when washing it, and ironing it at a cool temperature. In addition, dry cleaning is possible except with trichloroethylene, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is reactive direct digital, which allows high-quality printing on natural fabrics such as organic cotton. This technology is based on the use of reactive inks that penetrate the fibers of the fabric, offering greater durability and wash resistance.
