The base fabric is Verona organic cotton poplin, made of 100% organic cotton, with a weight of 110gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is orange with orange peel tones, with a CMYK of 0 38 95 0. This color is vibrant and full of energy, representing vitality and creativity. Symbolically, orange is associated with happiness, activity, and enthusiasm. This color pairs perfectly with neutral tones such as beige, brown, and grey, as well as with bolder tones such as olive green and turquoise.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the printing is on one side and not dyed, which means that the color intensity is maintained over time. The base fabric is soft and resistant, with a light and rigid texture. It is perfect for summer garments, such as shirts, dresses, blouses, and childrens clothing.
Among the attributes of the base fabric are its softness and rigidity to the touch, which makes it comfortable and easy to work with. Its GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certification makes it sustainable and environmentally friendly, while its wide application in mens and womens fashion, along with childrens clothing, make it a versatile fabric with a wide range of possibilities.
It is important to take into account the specific care of this type of fabric, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not bleaching, ironing at a cold temperature, tumble drying at a reduced temperature, and dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in this fabric is reactive direct digital printing for natural fibers. This technology is used to print on natural fabrics such as cotton, silk, and linen, which allow for high-definition and vivid color printing, in addition to offering durability over time. Digital textile printing is an increasingly used technique in fashion and decoration, as it allows for the creative expression of each persons individual personality and style.
