The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, a soft and rigid fabric with a composition of 100% organic cotton, a weight of 110 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. In addition, this fabric has GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, which guarantees its organic and sustainable origin. The solid printed color is "yellow postal," with a CMYK of 1 17 85 0. This secondary color is characterized by being bright and energetic, perfect for summer. It is a shade that combines perfectly with neutral colors such as white, beige, and gray.
The base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This technique offers great precision and quality in designs and guarantees color resistance over time. The main characteristics of this fabric are its softness and rigidity, which gives it a firm and light structure that allows its use in different applications. In addition, its organic composition makes it a sustainable and environmentally responsible option.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, womens and mens fashion stands out, with shirts, dresses, and blouses, as well as childrens fashion. Being a light and soft fabric, it is perfect for comfortable and fresh garments for summer. On the other hand, its rigidity allows its use in making curtains and home linen.
To care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron at a cool temperature, and not use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is DIGITAL DIRECT REACTIVE (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows direct printing of designs on the fabric using reactive inks for natural fibers. This technique offers high-quality finishes and durability in colors and designs.
