The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Wheat Yellow, which is a combination of 4 cyan, 5 magenta, and 20 yellow inks, with a CMYK of 4 5 20 0. This secondary color evokes the warm light of ripe wheat and the warmth of golden sun rays. It combines well with neutral tones such as gray, beige, and white, and can be enhanced with contrasting green, orange, and red tones.
The printed fabric is single-sided using digital textile printing, and it is not a dyed fabric like most. It has a soft texture and a stiff feel. The base fabric is 100% organic cotton and GOTS certified - ORGANIC CU1016503, for ecological and sustainable production. It is ideal for clothing during the summer season, such as shirts, dresses, blouses, and for childrens fashion.
The applications and uses of this fabric are broad and stand out for their lightness and comfort. For mens and womens fashion, it can be casual and elegant garments, depending on the designs and cuts. For childrens fashion, it is ideal due to its hypoallergenic nature and softness. Additionally, it can be used for home decoration, such as curtains and cushion covers.
Fabric care includes hand or machine washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and tumble drying at a reduced temperature. Dry cleaning is also permitted, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing at a low temperature.
Finally, the printing technology is reactive direct digital for natural fibers, which allows for high-quality and high-definition printing, and a lower amount of waste, unlike dyeing. This makes this technology more environmentally friendly and proposes a more sustainable manufacturing method.
