The base fabric is an organic cotton poplin called Verona, with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is a steel blue, with CMYK values of 64, 32, 4, and 0 for cyan, magenta, yellow, and black respectively. This secondary color is elegant and sophisticated, associated with stability, seriousness, and refinement. It pairs especially well with neutral tones such as white, black, and gray, as well as with vibrant colors like yellow or red.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the ink is infused into the natural fibers of the fabric, creating a crisp and durable image on one side of the fabric.
The base fabric has a soft and pleasant texture to the touch, although it can also be stiff depending on the final finish. As for the printed color, it stands out for its intensity and vibrancy, thanks to the components of the ink used in its printing.
Among the applications and uses of Verona fabric, we find fashion garments for women and men, such as shirts, dresses, or blouses, as well as childrens fashion. It is a perfect fabric for the summer season, thanks to its organic composition and light weight.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry clean except with trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and tumble dry at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is reactive digital direct, a process in which the fibers of the fabric absorb the ink thanks to a chemical reaction. This process allows for greater fidelity in color reproduction and greater durability of the printed image.
