The base fabric of this textile is Verona Organic Cotton Poplin, with a composition of 100% organic cotton, a weight of 110 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a blend of Grey and Taupe Mauve, with a CMYK of 45 40 35 17 and a reactive digital direct printing technique. The combination of both colors provides a sense of tranquility and elegance, complementing especially well with neutral tones such as white and black, but also with earthy and green tones.
The fabrics texture is both soft and rigid, making it suitable for garments such as shirts, dresses, and blouses, for men, women, and children alike, with summer being its ideal season. Furthermore, it holds GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, guaranteeing its sustainability and production with quality organic materials.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side only using textile digital printing, which means the printed color is only on one face of the fabric. The combination of the fabrics soft and rigid texture and the printed color provides an elegant and sophisticated appearance to any garment.
Regarding care, the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoiding any type of bleaching. Dry cleaning is possible except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature. All these instructions are essential to maintain the quality of the fabric and ensure the durability of the colors.
Reactive digital direct printing technology is an advanced technique used for printing on natural fibers, such as organic cotton in this case. Being a digital technique, it is possible to print from a single unit to large quantities quickly and efficiently, making it especially suitable for custom designs. Additionally, this technique allows for bright and resistant colors, and combined with the organic material of the fabric, a high-quality and sustainable textile is achieved.
