Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona

The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, weighing 110 gr/m2 and 150 cm wide, composed of 100% organic cotton certified with the GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 standard. The plain printed color is Hematite Red, with a combination of Cyan ink 11, Magenta ink 84, Yellow ink 84, and Black ink 2. This color is characterized by its strong presence and depth, radiating passion and vitality. It is a secondary color that perfectly combines with reddish and orange tones.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing. Despite the printing, the texture of the organic cotton poplin remains soft and stiff, providing a pleasant feel to the touch. Therefore, excellent print quality and excellent ink adhesion to the fabric are achieved.

Among the characteristics of the base fabric, we find its softness and stiffness, which makes it perfect for making garments such as shirts, dresses, and blouses, especially recommended for childrens fashion and summer season. In addition, its sustainability is noteworthy, as it has GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification and is composed of 100% organic cotton.

Regarding the care instructions for the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. In addition, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is reactive direct digital (natural fibers). This process is carried out by directly applying the ink to the fabric using large-format inkjet printers, fixing it with heat and steam. This offers excellent image quality and great sharpness, achieving very precise details. In addition, this technology is environmentally friendly as it does not use water or chemicals, thus reducing the environmental impact compared to conventional printing.
