The base fabric for this description is Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and composed of 100% organic cotton. Its width is 150 cm and it has specific care instructions for its maintenance and preservation. The solid color printed on this fabric is a combination of green and battleship gray tones, with a CMYK of 64 46 65 44.
The secondary color of this fabric presents a strong, muted tone, which stands out for its great stability and elegance. Combined with neutral and bright tones, this shade can be the ideal complement for any design or fashion garment. As a specific combination, this color can perfectly match brown and earth tones, beige, white, and black tones.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, employing reactive direct printing technology on natural fibers. This means that it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side to achieve a specific finish in the design.
Regarding its characteristics, this fabric has a soft and rigid texture, which gives it a pleasant feel to the touch and great resistance to wear. The base fabric is 100% organic cotton, which makes it sustainable and environmentally friendly. Its weight makes it ideal for light and fresh garments for the summer season.
The applications and uses for this type of fabric are varied, such as the creation of shirts, dresses, blouses, and childrens summer clothing. In addition, the GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification guarantees its quality and sustainability.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account for the preservation of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and not to expose it to temperatures above 30ºC. Dry cleaning is possible, except with trichloroethylene, and it should be ironed at a cold temperature. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is made is reactive direct printing, which allows greater detail and definition in the printed designs. Likewise, this technique is compatible with natural fibers and, in this specific case, with organic cotton. All this, without a doubt, makes this fabric a sustainable and quality option for the manufacture of elegant and fresh summer garments.
