The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, with a composition of 100% organic cotton and a weight of 110 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and its plain printed color is Glacier Blue, with a CMYK of 37 6 6 0. This color is described as a shade of blue associated with nature, freshness, and tranquility, evoking glaciers and the crystalline depth of water in high mountains. It is a very versatile shade that combines well with both warm and cool tones, being especially harmonious with shades like white, black, light gray, and silver.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but rather the ink is applied directly to the surface of the fabric. In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric is soft to the touch but rigid in its structure, making it ideal for structured garments such as shirts, dresses, and blouses. This fabric is suitable for use in the summer months.
Among the outstanding attributes of the base fabric, its softness and high organic quality can be appreciated, giving it a GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification. This is why its main application is directed at womens and mens fashion, as well as childrens clothing.
Regarding fabric care, it is important to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, as long as trichloroethylene is not used. It is suggested to iron at a cool temperature and allow drying at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is DIGITAL DIRECT REACTIVE (NATURAL FIBERS). This is a high-precision technique that allows a wide variety of designs to be printed, achieving a sharper and more detailed expression of patterns. Digital printing is especially recommended for complex and personalized designs for sustainable and environmentally friendly production.
