The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Viena, weighing 130 gr/m2 and 150 cm wide, composed of 100% organic cotton, GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certified and sustainable. The printed color is Brown, Ochre Flesh, with Cyan 10, Magenta 30, Yellow 55 and Black 1 inks, resulting in the CMYK code 10 30 55 1. It is a single-sided fabric printed by digital textile printing.
The secondary tone of the color printed on the base fabric is a mixture of Brown and Ochre Flesh, tones that evoke earth and nature. Brown, on the one hand, symbolizes stability, security, and neutrality, while Ochre Flesh, on the other hand, is a symbol of strength, vitality, and energy. This combination of colors merges into a warm and inviting tone, which brings warmth to any garment or accessory. The printed color combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white, black, or gray, as well as with green or reddish shades, which enhance its natural and organic character.
Regarding the main characteristics, the base fabric has a soft touch and a pleasant texture, thanks to its organic cotton composition. In addition, its medium weight and adaptability to different styles make it very versatile. As for the printed color, its fidelity to the original design stands out, thanks to digital textile printing technology. The durability of the printed color is ensured, thanks to the use of reactive inks and careful textile treatment process.
The fabric is suitable for making shirts, tops, dresses, blouses, and other accessories. In addition, it is ideal for childrens fashion, thanks to its soft texture and the use of organic materials in its manufacture. Given its versatility, it can also be used for creating scarves, shawls, or foulards. The fabric is suitable for summer, as its weight is light and breathable.
It is important to consider certain care instructions to keep the fabric in perfect condition. It should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not bleached, and the iron should be at a low temperature. In addition, dry cleaning is allowed, but the use of trichloroethylene is not recommended. Although it is suitable for tumble drying, it is advisable to do so at reduced temperatures.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is reactive direct digital printing. This process is based on the direct printing of inks onto natural fibers, in this case 100% organic cotton. The inks used are reactive and have the property of permanently fixing to the natural fibers, allowing for high definition printing and total fidelity to the original design. This results in a very attractive final appearance with great personality.
