The base fabric is Organic Cotton Poplin - Vienna, an organic cotton fabric with a weight of 130 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Sahara Yellow, which is composed of 26% Cyan ink, 32% Magenta ink, 93% Yellow ink, and 12% Black ink, with a CMYK formula of 26 32 93 12. The color is a warm, earthy tone reminiscent of desert landscapes.
The Sahara Yellow color combines very well with neutral tones, such as white and gray, as well as with earthy tones and soft greens. This shade could be used in bohemian or vintage style garments, as well as for accessories and childrens clothing.
The base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, utilizing reactive direct printing technology for natural fibers.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it has a soft texture to the touch and is ideal for summer garments such as shirts, blouses, tops, and dresses. In addition, it has GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, which makes it sustainable and environmentally friendly.
The applications and uses of the fabric can range from fashion garments for women, men, and children to accessories such as scarves. The fabric could also be used for making bedding and interior decoration.
To properly care for the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, use dry cleaning processes except with trichloroethylene, iron it at a low temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
Reactive direct printing technology for natural fibers uses special inks that adhere directly to the fiber, penetrating it to achieve a durable and high-quality finish. This printing method allows for greater precision in color and detail reproduction, and at the same time offers greater flexibility in creating unique and personalized designs.
