The base fabric, Organic Cotton Poplin - Vienna, is 100% organic cotton with a weight of 130 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is cornflower blue, with a cyan ink of 53, magenta of 41, and yellow of 2, resulting in a CMYK of 53 41 2 0. This spring color combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white, gray, and beige, as well as with more daring tones such as pink, orange, and green.
The base fabric presents a soft texture and high quality, thanks to its organic composition and GOTS certification. The printed color is vibrant and durable, thanks to reactive direct digital textile printing technology. It should be noted that the printing is done on only one side of the fabric, so care must be taken in its handling during the confection process.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, shirts, tops, accessories, scarves, and blouses for both women and men stand out, as well as for childrens garments and summer dresses. This is due to its soft and fresh texture, making it ideal for warm climates.
It is important to take into account the care of the fabric, avoiding bleaching and washing at temperatures above 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, it should be ironed at a cold temperature and dried at a reduced temperature.
Reactive direct digital textile printing technology consists of printing directly onto the fabric with special inks that bind to the fibers of the fabric, providing exceptional durability and quality to the printed design. This printing method is more ecological than other methods, as less water and chemicals are used in the printing process.
