The base fabric of this garment is an Organic Cotton Poplin, specifically the Viena. The solid color printed is a Purple Amethyst, with an ink combination of 42 Cyan, 100 Magenta, 28 Yellow, and 28 Black in its CMYK. This color has a symbolic tone of elegance and sophistication, while technically it is a combination of warm and cool colors. Furthermore, it combines especially well with neutral tones, such as grays and whites.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only by digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Regarding its general characteristics, the base fabric has a soft texture to the touch, and the digital textile printing is carried out using direct reactive technology on natural fibers.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, this Organic Cotton Poplin is ideal for the summer season and has GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, which means it is a sustainable and organic fabric. Additionally, it has various applications and uses such as fashion for women, men, and children, particularly for shirts, tops, dresses, and blouses, as well as for accessories like scarves.
It is essential to consider the care instructions to extend the lifespan of the fabric. It should be washed with cold water and no bleach, as well as using a cool temperature for ironing and no trichloroethylene for dry cleaning. It is also important to note that it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is direct reactive digital printing on natural fibers. This printing technique uses reactive inks that blend with the fabric fibers to create a vibrant and durable color, without altering the soft texture of the organic cotton base fabric.
