The base fabric, Dubai Heathered Jersey Knit 100% Polyester, has a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain printed color is Corn Yellow Orange with a CMYK of 14 31 73 3. This color, through the combination of intense yellow and vibrant orange, reflects energy, positivity, and creativity. It harmonizes well with neutral tones such as white or grey, and particularly with purple, green, and dark blue tones.

The base fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side and features general characteristics such as a smooth texture, translucent visual, and heathered visual; it is also elastic to the touch. Regarding care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC, avoid bleaching, and do not tumble dry. Dry cleaning is permitted, except with tetrachloroethylene, and it can be ironed at a cool temperature.

This fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology on polyester, which uses water-based ink that penetrates the fabric fibers to create a permanent bond of color in the material. This is achieved through a heat press that applies temperature and pressure to fix the ink. This process guarantees vibrant, durable, and wash-resistant colors.
