The base fabric is the Punto Camiseta Jaspeado - Dubái, a knitted fabric composed entirely of polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The plain color printed on this base fabric is Madder Lake Pink, whose attributes correspond to 11% Cyan ink, 85% Magenta ink, 64% Yellow ink, and 2% Black ink, according to the CMYK scale. This color is characterized by a matte and soft hue, which gives the fabric a delicate touch.
This shade of pink combines perfectly with other pastel colors and even with white and black tones. In addition, the mottled texture of the base fabric gives the printed plain color a very subtle degraded look. It is important to note that the printing is done only on one side of the fabric, using digital textile printing technique.
The characteristics of the base fabric are multiple, we can highlight its smooth touch and visually translucent texture, as well as its elasticity and comfort when worn. As for the printed color, its softness and delicacy make it an ideal option for making knitted garments, especially T-shirts and casual wear.
Given that the fabrics season is timeless and the printing technology is sublimation, it is important to take certain care instructions to maintain the quality of the fabric. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not use bleaches, do not tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid using trichloroethylene for dry cleaning.
Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, we know that it is ideal for knitted garments in general and T-shirts, for both men and women. Its wide variety of colors and textures make it a very versatile fabric for fashion, especially for casual and sports wear. In addition, this fabric can be used for making accessories such as caps and bandanas.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process by which the design is printed on transfer paper and transferred through heat to the fabric. This process allows for high-quality reproduction of colors and details, ensuring a crisp and durable finish.
