The base fabric, Jaspeado T-shirt Knit - Dubai, is a knit fabric with a composition of 100% POLYESTER and a weight of 135 gr/m2. The solid printed color, Leather Brown, is composed of 14% Cyan ink, 41% Magenta ink, 55% Yellow ink, and 3% Black ink, with a CMYK of 14 41 55 3. Delving into the description of the Leather Brown color, it can be said that it is a dark earthy color with an elegant and sophisticated look. It combines well with other dark colors such as black and gray, but also with lighter colors such as beige or white, creating interesting contrasts. It is important to mention that the base fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric has a smooth and translucent texture and is elastic to the touch, making it ideal for manufacturing comfortable and body-fitting garments. On the other hand, the printed color is vibrant and resistant to washing, maintaining its intact shade. In terms of its applications and uses, the fabric is ideal for making fashion garments for both women and men, and in particular, for the production of T-shirts.
It is important to note that to maintain the quality and durability of the fabric, a series of care instructions must be followed. Bleaching is not recommended, and the maximum washing temperature should be 30°C. Dry cleaning is possible, except with trichloroethylene. Low-temperature ironing is recommended, and a dryer should not be used for drying.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for a high-quality result, with vibrant colors and exceptional durability. The technique is based on transferring ink through heat and pressure, so that it permanently adheres to the fabric.
