The base fabric is the Jaspeado - Dubái Jersey Knit, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its solid printed color is Toasted Brown, with a CMYK of 39 59 62 50. This color is symbolically warm and inviting, inspired by nature, and pairs especially well with orange and golden tones. The base fabric is soft to the touch, elastic, and has a translucent and mottled visual texture. The digital textile printing has been applied to one side; it is not a dyed fabric but printed. This fabric is ideal for fashion garments for both women and men, especially for making t-shirts. Additionally, due to its polyester composition, it is a highly wear-resistant and durable fabric.
The applications or uses of the fabric are mainly focused on knitwear fashion, for both women and men, primarily t-shirts. Furthermore, thanks to its mottled visual texture, it can also be used to make sweatshirts, jumpers, and/or jogging pants.
The care instructions the user should follow to maintain the quality and appearance of the fabric are as follows: do not bleach, maximum washing temperature 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, cool iron, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique in which ink is printed on paper, which is then transferred to the fabric by means of heat and pressure. Sublimation ensures crisp and vibrant image quality, as well as the ability to print complex designs with no limits on colors or repetitive patterns. Additionally, as it is digital printing, the process leaves no chemical or toxic residues on the fabric, making it safe and environmentally friendly.
