The base fabric for this textile is the Jaspeado - Dubai Jersey Knit, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is a yellow-green variant, with a CMYK of 42 39 74 26, representing a blend of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. This ink combination achieves a fresh and natural tone that adapts to many trends and styles.
The fabrics heathered effect adds a touch of texture and depth to the printed color, making it stand out even more. This secondary color pairs very well with neutral tones such as gray, beige, or white, as well as with other shades of green, blue, or orange. In any case, it is a color that conveys freshness and vitality.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means it is a technique that allows ink to be transferred directly onto the fabrics surface with great precision and speed. This ensures a uniform and long-lasting finish.
Regarding the characteristics of the base fabric, its texture is smooth and translucent at the same time, with an elastic feel that makes it very comfortable to wear. Thats why it is used in knitwear for fashion, for both men and women, particularly for t-shirts. Furthermore, it is a timeless fabric that can be used all year round.
As for care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is possible as long as trichloroethylene is not used, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. On the other hand, tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which is based on transferring ink from a special printed paper to the fabric surface using heat and pressure. This process allows for very precise tones and details, in addition to being resistant to wear and washing. In short, it is a versatile and high-quality fabric in which a vibrant and natural solid color has been achieved thanks to sublimation technology.
