Description

The Dubai mottled knit fabric in Manatee Gray has a CMYK of 44 34 23 6. The secondary color stands out for having a grayish tone with a touch of brown. This color combines very well with other neutral tones such as white, black, and beige. The base fabric is made of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The smooth texture of the fabric makes it soft to the touch and visually translucent and mottled. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing. This means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. It is important to note that the fabric is elastic and adapts to different types of garments.

The Dubai mottled knit fabric has a wide variety of applications and uses. In addition to being ideal for making knitwear, it is perfect for womens and mens fashion, specifically for all types of t-shirts. Thanks to its soft and comfortable texture, it is also used in garments such as sweatshirts, jackets, and pants. The versatility of this fabric makes it perfect for different seasons and occasions.

It is important to follow certain care instructions to keep the fabric in good condition. The fabric should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, and it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it should not be tumble dried.

The printing technology of the base fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process is carried out by applying ink to a high-quality transfer paper, which is placed on the fabric surface and subjected to high temperatures and pressures. As a result, the ink turns into vapor and is transferred to the fabric, fixing permanently and creating a resistant and durable finish. Digital textile printing is an innovative technique that allows complex designs to be printed on different types of textiles with great precision and quality.
