The base fabric of this garment is known as Jaspeado T-shirt Knit - Dubai, a knit fabric with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 135 gr/m2, and a width of 160 cm. Its solid printed color is Red, with a bittersweet flash, composed of a Cyan ink of 19, a Magenta ink of 78, a Yellow ink of 60, and a Black ink of 8, with a CMYK of 19 78 60 8. This secondary color symbolizes passion and revitalizing energy and pairs particularly well with neutral tones such as white, black, and gray, adding a vibrant touch to any combination.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. Regarding its general characteristics, the base fabric has a smooth and translucent texture and an elastic feel that provides comfort when worn. In addition, it is a versatile fabric, used in fashion garments for men or women, especially t-shirts, and is considered timeless.
Regarding the applications and uses of the garment, they can be highlighted in the fashion field, especially in the creation of knitwear for men and women, such as t-shirts. On the other hand, the base fabric from which it is made can be used in the production of other types of garments, such as sweaters or sweatshirts, and also in the creation of fashion accessories, such as scarves or shawls.
It is essential to take into account the care that the garment should have when being washed. The base fabric of this garment should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, and it can be dry cleaned with the exception of trichloroethylene. In addition, ironing should be done at a cool temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, it is relevant to highlight that the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that allows the transfer of ink from a printed sheet to the fabric by means of heat and pressure, providing high print quality with vibrant and durable colors.
