The base fabric is the Jaspeado Jersey Knit - Dubai, a 100% polyester knit fabric with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is dark candy red, with a CMYK of 22 100 100 20. This secondary color symbolizes passion and energy, and is technically characterized by its high magenta and yellow values, and a low black value. It combines particularly well with neutral tones, such as grey and white, as well as warm tones, such as orange and yellow.
It should be noted that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This guarantees a faithful and vibrant reproduction of the printed color, as well as a high definition of the image.
Regarding the general characteristics, the base fabric has a smooth texture and translucent/mottled visual, with a soft and elastic touch. In addition, it is suitable for use in knitwear for men and women, such as t-shirts, and is timeless, which means it can be used at any time of the year.
As for the applications and uses of the base fabric, its use in fashion stands out, especially in knitwear for men and women, such as t-shirts. This fabric is also used in the manufacture of sportswear and for interior decoration.
To keep the fabric in good condition, certain care instructions must be taken into account, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, not using trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, ironing at a cold temperature, and not tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used is polyester sublimation, a technique that uses heat and pressure to transfer the printed image from the sublimation paper to the base fabric. This results in a durable print resistant to washing and wear, without leaving residue or texture on the fabric surface.
