The base fabric is the Jaspeado - Dubai Jersey Knit, a knitted fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm, and its care instructions include washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except for trichloroethylene, cool ironing, and it cannot be tumble dried. This fabric is used in knitwear, especially in t-shirts, and is timeless.
The solid printed color is a rush green tone with a CMYK of 85 23 80 8. This secondary color has a symbolism that reflects nature and its freshness, giving a feeling of harmony and tranquility. Additionally, it combines very well with other colors such as white, black, and beige tones. It is worth noting that the printing is done only on one side of the fabric, without prior dyeing.
The general characteristics of this fabric are its smooth feel, its translucent and mottled appearance, and its elasticity. These properties make it ideal for use in form-fitting garments. In addition, the base fabric also features ease of printing and great durability. The solid printed color has a matte and resistant finish that guarantees long-lasting color.
The applications and uses of this type of fabric are wide, especially in fashion for men and women. In addition, it is ideal for form-fitting t-shirts thanks to its elasticity and fineness. It is also used in knitwear such as sweatshirts, tops, and leggings. It is a very versatile fabric that can also adapt to home decor.
The care of this fabric must be delicate, following the recommendations on the label. It is important not to bleach or tumble dry, and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and not to use trichloroethylene.
This fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology. It consists of printing the image with ink on paper prepared to absorb it, then transferring the image to the fabric through heat and pressure. This technique allows for a high-quality finish, with intense and precise colors, and excellent durability.
