The base fabric of this textile is the Mottled Jersey Knit - Dubai, a knit fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 135 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it is available in a Persian green color, printed using the sublimation technique with a CMYK of 78 7 51 0. The base fabric has a smooth texture and translucent appearance, as well as an attractive mottled texture to the touch. It is an elastic fabric that combines perfectly with other colors such as black, white or blue. It is worth mentioning that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which makes it ideal for fashion garments for both men and women, particularly for t-shirts.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric are its resistance, durability, softness and comfort, which makes it perfect for any type of garment. In terms of outstanding attributes, the fabric is elastic, which provides greater mobility when dressing. In addition, it is a fabric that adapts very well to the body, being very comfortable. In terms of applications, the Mottled Jersey Knit - Dubai, is ideal for making knit garments such as t-shirts, for both women and men, for any season. Its smooth texture allows any type of design to be made on the garment.
In terms of care, it is important to note that the fabric should not be bleached and that the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. Likewise, it is recommended not to use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, to iron at a cool temperature and not to tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring a solid ink to gas, without going through the liquid stage, to the fabric, thanks to the combined application of heat and pressure. This achieves a permanent and high-quality print that does not lose its color after washing.
