The base fabric is the Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Toasted Golden Brown Ochre, with a CMYK content of 33 39 92 23. This color is characterized by being a warm and earthy tone that conveys elegance and serenity. It combines well with other neutral tones such as grays and beiges, as well as with more vivid and saturated colors like yellows and reds.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high resolution and color fidelity. In terms of general characteristics, the fabric stands out for its soft and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable to wear and adapt well to the bodys shapes. Additionally, it is a versatile and resistant fabric that adapts to different types of garments and uses.
The applications and uses of the base fabric are broad and varied, ranging from fashion and lingerie to home textiles. Specifically, we can find this fabric in garments such as sweaters, tops, dresses, cardigans, or pajamas. It is also used for making accessories such as socks, scarves, or mufflers, as well as in the manufacture of blankets and napkins.
It is important to consider some specific care instructions for this type of fabric, such as washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and without using bleaches or tumble dryers. It is recommended to iron it at a low temperature, and if necessary, it can be taken to the dry cleaner for dry cleaning.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester fabrics and allows for high definition and color fidelity. The process consists of printing the image on special paper with sublimation inks, which is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. Thanks to this technique, a high-quality and durable result can be achieved over time.
