Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens

The base fabric of our textile is the Jersey Knit with Cotton Feel - Atenas, composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its plain printed color is Sequoia Brown, with a CMYK of 33 68 68 40, and it is a warm and cozy tone that brings naturalness and elegance to any garment or decoration. This color refers to a light brown shade with yellowish and greenish nuances, evoking the image of a redwood forest in full autumn. It is a versatile color that combines well with neutral tones such as white, gray, and beige, but also with more intense tones such as red, orange, or mustard.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design is transferred directly onto the fabric surface using high-definition digital processes. This allows for greater precision in details and a wide chromatic range, ensuring uniform and durable printing.

Regarding the characteristics of the fabric, its softness and elasticity stand out, giving it a pleasant texture to the touch and great adaptability to the body. In addition, it is a light and breathable fabric, making it an ideal option for transitional clothing and home use. Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is necessary to avoid bleaching and not exceed 30ºC when washing. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.

Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design ink to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows the colors to adhere permanently to the fabric surface, guaranteeing optimal color fidelity and high-quality resolution.
